How contract fees work

A flat fee.

Most recruitment agencies take 15–25% of a consultant's annual value. On a 1 200 SEK/h consultant working a 6-month engagement, that's over 200 000 SEK.

We charge a one-time contract fee based on the contract length — from 9 990 SEK ex VAT — regardless of rate or contract value. Once. That's it.
