Skills tests
Test a candidate before you hire.
Send a candidate a short skills test from the platform. Pay per test, or buy a pack of credits at a lower price per test. Credits do not expire while the account is open, and unused credits are not refunded.

How contract fees work
A flat fee. Not a commission.
Most recruitment agencies take 15–25% of a consultant's annual value. On a 1 200 SEK/h consultant working a six-month engagement, that is over 200 000 SEK. We charge one fee when the contract is signed, based on its length — regardless of rate or contract value.
